Ltd.; and Geely Automobile Research Institute (NINGBO) Co. Ltd., Zhejiang, China, on Aug. 22, for 'vehicle key positioning method, and apparatus and storage medium.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided in the present application are a vehicle key positioning method, and an apparatus and a storage medium. The method comprises: on the basis of a ranging signal between each of a plurality of positioning anchor points of a vehicle and a key of the vehicle, determining the distance between each of the plurality of positioning anchor points and the key; if a reference anchor point is determined from the plurality of positioning anchor points on the basis of the distance between each of the plurality of positioning anchor points and the key, correcting the distance between a positioning anchor point adjacent to the reference anchor point and the key, so as to obtain a corrected distance, wherein the reference anchor point represents that a transmission mode of a ranging signal between the reference anchor point and the key is line of sight (LOS) wireless transmission; performing positioning calculation on the distance between the reference anchor point and the key, and the corrected distance, so as to obtain final position information of the key relative to the vehicle; and executing a preset action corresponding to both the final position information of the key relative to the vehicle and a control instruction sent by the key. The method in the present application solves the problem in the prior art of key positioning methods being inaccurate in positioning."
