According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An intelligent mobile usage restriction and safety response system for two-wheelers and four-wheelers comprising: a BLE-based ignition detection module (100) powered from vehicle ignition (110); a mobile application module (200) configured to receive a beacon signal (130) and activate Drive Safe Mode (220) to lock distractive applications; a call management module (300) for automated caller response and caller name announcement via helmet intercom (310) or vehicle audio (320); a selective access control module (400) permitting only navigation, emergency, and hands-free calls; a safe-stop detection module (500) that unlocks the device after vehicle idle beyond a preset time; and an emergency override module (600) for accident detection and automatic emergency communication. The system reduces driver distraction and enhances vehicular safety through intelligent integration of hardware and software modules."
