MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647024888 A) filed by Astemo, Ltd., Tokyo, on March 2, for 'vehicle height adjustment device.'

Inventor(s) include Fujikawa, Yosuke; and Murakami, Yosuke.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A vehicle height adjustment device (20) comprises: a moving member (60) that is provided between an inner cylinder (40) and an outer cylinder (50) and that is capable of adjusting the position of a movable spring holder (30) by moving in an axial direction; a jack chamber (21) that is formed between the inner cylinder (40) and the outer cylinder (50) and that can be filled with oil serving as a drive force for the moving member (60); and a lid (80) that is joined to the inner cylinder (40) and/or the outer cylinder (50) and that covers the jack chamber (21)."
