According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A vehicle emergency escape and occupant rescue system, comprises at least one vehicle seat 101 mounted on seat rails 102 within a vehicle cabin 103, an automatic seat disconnector arrangement 104 to detach the vehicle seat 101 upon detection of an emergency condition, a floating rescue chair 201 formed from the detached seat 101 and having integrated buoyancy elements to keep the chair 201 afloat in water, a multi-modal emergency detection module operatively coupled to a microcontroller to generate emergency condition data, a life support module 202 integrated with the floating rescue chair 201 to provide post-escape survival assistance, a roof air pocket inflator 105 to create a breathable air pocket in the vehicle cabin 103, an auto alert beacon 106 to transmit location and emergency data, and a post escape survival kit 203 to support occupant survival after evacuation."
