Inventor(s) include Mr. Harish B; Mr. Harish J; Mr. Prem Kumar K; and Mr. Ramanathan S.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a vacuum powered sweeping robot designed for automated cleaning of floors in domestic and industrial environments. The robot comprises a wheeled chassis, a sweeping mechanism driven by a wiper motor, a vacuum blower coupled to a dust-collection chamber, a rechargeable battery pack, and a microcontroller that coordinates motion and suction. A set of proximity and cliff sensors detect obstacles and floor edges, while a wireless control interface or optional mobile application allows the user to start, stop, or schedule cleaning cycles. A relay-based power stage drives the traction motors and vacuum blower according to commands generated from sensor inputs or remote instructions. The modular mechanical frame supports easy maintenance and adaptation to different brush or blower sizes. The invention reduces human effort, shortens cleaning time, and improves safety and consistency compared with manual sweeping or conventional vacuum cleaners for different indoor floor and surface types."
