The system comprises a tele-dermatology interface (102) configured to receive user input and display treatment progress, and a computer-aided lesion scanner (104) adapted to capture and analyze skin images for vitiligo lesion segmentation. A treatment progress analyzer (106) is operatively coupled to the scanner to compute lesion metrics over time. An emotional health tracker (108) logs user mood and psychological indicators, while a psychological support module (110), coupled with a processor, provides personalized guidance based on emotional health data. A medication reminder engine (112) notifies users of scheduled topical or systemic treatments, and a doctor connectivity interface (114) enables synchronous consultation with dermatologists. A user mood logger (116) is integrated with the emotional health tracker to record subjective well-being, and a secure data vault (118) stores image, mood, and treatment data with privacy safeguards."
