According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A unified application access system (100) with dial-pad integration is provided. The system (100) comprises a hand-held electronic device (102), equipped with a User Application Module (202) containing information of multiple service providers; a First User Interface Module (204) for initiating direct actions using pre-defined short-access codes; and a Second User Interface Module (206), for accessing the information related to the multiple service providers. The system (100) also comprises an Administrator Module (104) that further comprises a Data Storage Unit (208) for retaining the predefined information about the service providers, and a Data Processing Unit (210) responsible for processing the short-access code input by the user and delivering the relevant data. Additionally, the system (100) comprises a Service Provider Module (!06), that further comprises an Admin Interface Module (212) for inputting the data accessible to the user. A Wireless Communication Module (108) facilitates seamless communication among the User Application Module (202), the Administrator Module (104), and the Service Provider Module (106)."
