MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531018024 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 28, for 'umbrella-mounted additional protection assistive device from extreme weather conditions.'
