MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547088135 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Sept. 16, for 'ue measurements.'
Inventor(s) include Dimnik, Riikka Karoliina; Kainulainen, Jani-Pekka; and Dalsgaard, Lars.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Examples of the disclosure relate to improving efficiencies of UE measurements. In examples of the disclosure a UE is configured to receiving a message from a network entity. The message comprises control instructions for performing validations of one or more measurements during a connection setup. The UE is also configured to perform validations of the one or more measurements in accordance with the instructions."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 22, 2024, under International application No.PCT/EP2024/051409.
