MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080113 A) filed by Momentive Performance Materials Inc., Niskayuna, U.S.A., on Aug. 23, for 'two-part addition cure thermal control coating.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A thermal control coating is shown and described herein. The thermal control coating is provided by a two-part, addition cure silicone composition. The composition includes a curable siloxane and titanium dioxide. The composition is a fast curing composition that, when cured, exhibits low solar absorptance, high solar reflectance, and/or high infrared emissivity. Additionally, the composition, when cured exhibits good flexibility and can be applied to surfaces without the aid of a primer."
