MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521133819 A) filed by Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'tutoring system for supporting students with dyscalculia.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A tutoring system for supporting students with dyscalculia, comprises of a desk 101 having a platform 101a supported on extendable legs 101b to dynamically adjust a height of the platform 101a based on detected student posture via posture sensors, a hinge joint 101c for enabling folding of the platform 101a, an AI camera 102 to capture visual data related to student activity and learning behaviour, a sensing unit for generating real-time physical, behavioral, and environmental data, an adaptive learning engine implementing explainable artificial intelligence based protocols to analyze the captured data and assess learning patterns, engagement, and cognitive strategies, an interactive feedback unit to provide step-by-step multimodal guidance based on the analysis, atleast one wearable bands 109 to monitor fine motor behaviour during mathematical activities, and a communication module enabling real-time data exchange between the desk 101, a teacher's tutoring setup 110, a computing unit, and a cloud-based database."
