MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611027899 A) filed by Forensixai Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, on March 10, for 'trusted supervisory regulation system.'
Inventor(s) include Dhruv Dawar.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a system to enable trusted supervisory regulation. The system comprises at least one external source coupled to an input interface providing operational input signals, an integrity verification arrangement associated with a root of trust storing integrity measurement values within a measurement register set, a regulatory state storage arrangement comprising a protected non-volatile storage region storing regulatory state data cryptographically bound to the integrity measurement values, and a command authentication arrangement comprising an authentication register and an output interface transmitting authenticated control command signals. A processor executing within a trusted execution memory isolated from an operating system memory region receives the operational input signals and retrieves the integrity measurement values, determines a verified execution state based on the integrity measurement values, retrieves the regulatory state data only after establishment of the verified execution state, and generates authenticated control command signals for transmission to an external device."
