According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a wireless communications device. A method includes segmenting a first set of bits into a plurality of blocks of bits. The method further includes encoding each block of bits of the plurality of blocks of bits to generate a plurality of encoded blocks of bits. The method further includes concatenating the plurality of encoded blocks of bits to generate a second set of bits. The method further includes interleaving the second set of bits to generate a third set of bits. The method further includes modulating a carrier waveform with data based on the third set of bits. The method further includes transmitting the modulated carrier waveform."
