Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Transmission Parameter Determination Method, Communication Device, And Storage Medium' Filed by Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527076978 A) filed by Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Aug. 13, for 'transmission parameter determination method, communication device, and storage medium.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application provides a new transmission parameter determination method. A transmission parameter of a system information block 1 is selected or determined on the basis of high-layer signaling on a preset carrier, and it is not necessary to rely on DCI to determine the transmission parameter of the system information block 1, so that a base station and/or a terminal device reduces unnecessary DCI sending and/or receiving, thereby reducing energy consumption of the base station and/or the terminal device."
