According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A transforming financial risk management using artificial intelligence and machine learning system (100) delivers real-time risk assessment, fraud detection, scenario simulation, sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, and automated compliance through interoperable modules visible in figure 1: data sources (1), ML & risk engine (2), explainable AI (3), scenario simulator (4), sentiment analysis (5), automated compliance (6), and anomaly detection (7). Data from markets, transactions, and news/social feeds (1) are processed by (2) to generate risk scores, which are interpreted by (3) and stress-tested by (4). Outputs from (3) and (4) inform (5) for sentiment-refined evaluations, driving reporting and audit in (6) and real-time alerts in (7). Secure interconnections enable sequential and parallel processing for adaptive, transparent risk management by banks, brokers, fintech, and regulators across dynamic environments."
