MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341087335 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Dec. 20, 2023, for 'tooth protection device for boxing.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A tooth protection device for boxing, comprising a C-shaped body 1 constructed with multiple hollow curved members 2 attached adjacently via multiple motorized hinges 3, a camera 4 mounted on the body 1 for capturing multiple images of the user's teeth, an electronic nozzle 5 paired with a chamber 6 stored with Oobleck liquid configured with each of the members 2 for dispensing the liquid within the members 2, an ECV (Electronically Controlled Valve) 7 attached with a container 8 stored with an oral fragrance solution, an odor sensor mapped on one of the members 2 in order to detect unpleasant odor from the user's mouth, and a tooth sensor 9 mapped on one of the members 2 in synchronization with the camera 4 for detecting tooth disease."
