Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Tnf Superfamily Member Immunocytokine And Uses Thereof' Filed by Gilead Sciences, Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517092588 A) filed by Gilead Sciences, Inc., Foster City, U.S.A., on Sept. 26, for 'tnf superfamily member immunocytokine and uses thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Zhai, Qianting; Yang, Maiyun; Fei, Mingjian; Sun, Runzi; and Huang, Xiaodong.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosure relates to antibody-cytokine fusion proteins, in particular, TNF superfamily member fusion proteins (immunocytokines) and uses thereof. The fusion proteins exhibit anti-tumor activity."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 22, 2024, under International application No.PCT/CN2024/083357.
