Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Tlr7 Agonists And Antibody-Drug-Conjugates Thereof' Filed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517061569 A) filed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tarrytown, U.S.A., on June 27, for 'tlr7 agonists and antibody-drug-conjugates thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Baum, Alina; Han, Amy; Kyratsous, Christos; Meagher, Thomas Craig; Olson, William; and Petro, Christopher.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided herein are TLR7 agonists, linker-payloads, and antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs) thereof. Also provided are methods of treating diseases, such as cancer and chronic hepatitis B infection, with the TLR7 agonists and antibody-drug-conjugates thereof."
