MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080110 A) filed by Tokuyama Corporation, Yamaguchi, Japan, on Aug. 23, for 'tire rubber composition, method for producing tire rubber composition, tire rubber material, method for producing tire rubber material, and reclaimed rubber.'

Inventor(s) include Matsumoto Tomoki; and Kondou Manabu.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "[Problem] To provide: a tire rubber material having a good balance among wear resistance, breaking strength, fatigue cracking resistance and low fuel consumption properties even when a reclaimed rubber is added thereto; a tire rubber composition suitable for the tire rubber material; methods for producing the same; and a reclaimed rubber suitable for the tire rubber composition. [Solution] The tire rubber composition is obtained by adding 5 to 100 parts by mass inclusive of a fumed-silica-containing reclaimed rubber to 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber. Preferably, 5 to 90 parts by mass inclusive of fumed silica is further added to the tire rubber composition. Preferably, 0.1 to 30 parts by mass inclusive of a silane coupling agent is further added to the tire rubber composition."
