MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011905 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'tire rim assembling device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A tire rim assembling device, comprising a tire rim assembly device comprises of a frame 101 having a platform 102 positioned on a ground surface, a circular rotary plate 103 installed on the platform 102, plurality of pneumatic pins 104 disposed on the plate 103 for fastening rim onto the plate 103, plurality of clamps 105 mounted on the plate 103 for gripping rim on the plate 103, plurality of motorized rack and pinion mechanisms 106 mounted on the platform 102 having motorized wheels 107 for pushing tire placed on the rim onto the rim for installation, an imaging unit 108 installed on the platform 102 to determine angle and position of tire on the rim, a speaker 109 provided on platform 102 to alert a user and a microphone 110 provided on the platform 102 for receiving an audio command from the user regarding assembling tire on the rim."
