MUMBAI, India, July 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521059676 A) filed by Clarnigo Machines Manufacturing Private Limited, Rajkot, Gujarat, on June 21, for 'three-chamber grinding machine for nutritionally sensitive food processing.'

Inventor(s) include Anilkumar Arashibhai Chauhan.

The application for the patent was published on July 11, under issue no. 28/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a three-chamber grinding machine designed for efficient, staged grinding of food ingredients, spices, grains, and similar agricultural materials. The system comprises a hopper assembly for controlled feeding, a drum assembly incorporating three sequential grinding chambers-initial, intermediate, and final-each equipped with respective rotor blades (bitters) mounted on a common drum shaft. The drum shaft is driven by an electric motor via a star coupling and supported by a pedestal bearing assembly to ensure balanced load distribution and reduced mechanical wear. A varam and slider link mechanism regulates the feed into the rotating drum using centrifugal force. The three-stage configuration enables progressive size reduction, lowers heat generation to preserve nutritional value, and increases output capacity. The design also offers reduced power consumption, minimal maintenance, and improved food safety through optimized airflow and modular construction. The invention is particularly suitable for applications in the food, nutraceutical, and animal feed industries."
