MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311079806 A) filed by Bilal Ahmad Yatoo; and Parvez Ahmad Reshi, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, on Nov. 24, 2023, for 'the energy device that captures energy wirelessly and increases energy efficiency and delivery.'
Inventor(s) include Bilal Ahmad Yatoo; and Parvez Ahmad Reshi.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure presents the radio frequency harvesting device (102) that captures energy wirelessly and increases energy efficiency and delivery. It employs the radio frequency energy harvesting method that involves capturing and converting radio frequency electromagnetic radiations or signals into usable electrical energy. The device harvests or captures radio frequency energy from electromagnetic radiations/signals emitted by a radio frequency transmitter/generator and converts the captured RF energy into direct DC power. The important aspect of the present invention is that captured RF energy is converted into direct DC power wirelessly by the interference of an electromagnetic field generated by the RF transmitter/generator interface when the electromagnetic waves strike a wireless system (102) with an overunity of power."
