According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a frame stand (132) of a vehicle (100). The frame stand includes a resilient member (214) and a tension adjustment device (200). The tension adjustment device includes a securing means (308), at least one guide shaft (302), and a tension adjusting member (316). The securing means includes a plurality of engagement portion (314). The resilient member is removably engaged with the frame stand and a first engagement portion (320) of the tension adjusting member. Further, the tension adjusting member coupled to the at least one guide shaft is rotatably operated for adjusting the tension of the resilient member. The tension adjustment device further includes at least one fastening member (324). The at least one fastening member is configured to selectively engage with the plurality of engagement portion of the securing means upon rotatably operating the tension adjusting member to adjust the tension of the resilient member."
