MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517068240 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on July 17, for 'techniques for sub-band full-duplex mode aware communication.'
Inventor(s) include Abdelghaffar, Muhammad Sayed Khairy; Khoshnevisan, Mostafa; Ibrahim, Abdelrahman Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed; and Sun, Jing.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a first transmit receive point (TRP) of a multi-TRP with a full-duplex mode, spatial relationship information associated with a sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) mode. The UE may transmit, to the first TRP or a second TRP of the multi- TRP, one or more communications using the spatial relationship information associated with the SBFD mode. Numerous other aspects are described."
