The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for secure, privacy-centric automated transcription and summarization of online meetings. A user submits a link to an online meeting hosted on a video-conferencing platform, in response to which an automated bot joins the meeting, captures its audio stream, and exits automatically upon conclusion of the meeting or a manual command. The captured audio is encrypted using a hybrid AES-RSA encryption scheme prior to 10 transmission, such that only encrypted audio and an encrypted symmetric key are transferred to the client device. Decryption, automatic speech recognition and speaker diarization are performed entirely on the client device using a locally-executed speech recognition model, with speaker identities inferred by matching guided verbal introductions to diarized segments via timestamp alignment and pattern matching. A structured summary identifying key decisions 15 and action items is generated, and the resulting transcript and summary are protected using a SHA-256 cryptographic hash to enable subsequent integrity verification. The invention thereby provides a secure, scalable, enterprise-ready alternative to conventional cloud-reliant meeting transcription systems.
