A processor (106) is configured to receive job postings and candidate applications via a cloud platform, analyze candidate applications using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to determine skill, experience, and cultural fit, generate a ranked shortlist of candidates, schedule interviews by coordinating with integrated calendar and video conferencing tools, collect candidate responses, interview feedback, and assessment scores, update candidate status, and transmit notifications to recruiters and candidates in real time. The system (100) also enables user interaction through a web-based interface, supporting efficient recruitment management, personalized recommendations, and data-driven decision-making."
