MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441006823 A) filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on Feb. 1, 2024, for 'systems and methods for providing voice assistance autonomous valet parking.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments herein disclose a method for providing voice assistance in an autonomous valet parking lot. The method comprises receiving, by the system (200), a user query from a user of the system. The method further includes determining, by the system, the presence of a global cue in the received user query. The method further includes obtaining, by the system, a global context map in response to determining that the global cue is present in the received user query. The method further includes extracting, by the system, a global directional cue based on the obtained global context map. The method further includes providing, by the system, a voice assistance for the received user query, by applying the extracted global directional cue into a local semantic parking graph of the autonomous valet parking."
