MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517045532 A) filed by Zutacore Ltd., Hof Ashkelon, Israel, on May 12, for 'systems and methods for cooling heat generating electronic components.'

Inventor(s) include Eadelson Nahshon.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cooling device for a solid state electronics component is provided for electronics one or more electronics components that heats during The cooling device includes a chamber having a first region defining a pool with a heat conducting wall the heat conducting wall having an inner surface constituting a wall of the pool and an outer surface opposite the inner surface for thermal contact with the component surface and for conducting heat therefrom into the pool. A liquid coolant inlet is integrated with the chamber for supplying liquid coolant to the pool to thereby enable pool boiling of the liquid coolant and conversion of the liquid coolant into vaporized coolant. A vapor outlet evacuates vaporized coolant from the enclosure and a valve restricts flow of the liquid coolant when the liquid coolant in the chamber surpasses a threshold."

The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 30, 2023, under International application No.PCT/IB2023/060927.
