MUMBAI, India, June 16 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611055544 A) filed by The Northcap University, Gurugram, Haryana, on April 30, for 'system for predictive organisational behaviour and risk analysis.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system for predictive organisational behaviour and risk analysis, comprising an input module 101 receives and ingests employee behavioural data, psychometric response data, and organisational human resource data, a data processing module 102 normalises, cleans, and standardises all received input data, a feature extraction engine 103 extracts exactly six validated behavioural construct feature vectors from the standardised data, an AI (artificial intelligence) prediction engine 104 comprises a SEM (structural equation modelling) layer that applies empirically validated theory-derived weights to each feature vector, and a machine learning prediction layer that incrementally updates predictive accuracy, a moderation adjustment layer 105 refines predictions to account for moderated mediated relationships, a scoring module 106 generates four standardised outputs, which are rendered via an interactive dashboard module 107 that also generates proactive early warning alerts for organisational risks and performance trends."
