MUMBAI, India, Dec. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511086034 A) filed by Naukriscore Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, on Sept. 10, for 'system for generating a dynamic employment evaluation score and method thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Abhishek Sharma.

The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a computer-implemented system (102) for generating a dynamic employment evaluation score and method thereof. The system (102) comprises an identity authentication subsystem (206) generates secure identity tokens for employees and employers. A data obtaining subsystem (208) collects and encrypts employee metadata and structured feedback, while a data ingestion subsystem (210) accumulates multi-source verified employment data. A sub-score generating subsystem (212) produces normalized sub-scores using rule-based computational models and artificial intelligence (AI) models, including natural language processing, sentiment and context analysis, contextual bias detection, and normalization models, with optional time-decay and machine learning training modules. A scoring engine subsystem (214) aggregates sub-scores using weighting factors adjusted for sector and role classifications to compute the dynamic employment evaluation score. A consent management subsystem (216), a behavioural recovery subsystem (218), and a dispute resolution subsystems (220) provide secure access, facilitate recovery from red-flag events, and ensure transparent dispute handling."
