MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511132636 A) filed by Dr. Lipi Jain; Dr. Balbeer Singh; Dr. Ravindra Singh Rathore; Prof. Yuvraj Singh Khangarot; and Dr. Shruti Dadhich, Nagaur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 27, 2025, for 'system for embedding nonviolent ethical values in organisational decision-making structures.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a system for embedding nonviolent ethical values within organisational decision-making structures. The system comprises a sensing unit configured to acquire contextual data representative of stakeholder interactions, proposed decisions, communication exchanges, and organisational objectives. The system further comprises a processing unit communicatively coupled with the sensing unit. Said processing unit is configured to analyse contextual data, derive sentiment and intent information, evaluate proposed decisions through computation of an ethical impact index, generate and rank decision alternatives, produce constructive linguistic expressions aligned with nonviolent reasoning, and utilise adaptive feedback data obtained from stakeholder responses for iterative refinement of evaluation parameters to maintain alignment of subsequent decisions with ethical reasoning."
