According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system for cleaning a facade of a building is disclosed. The system includes a robotic cleaning unit configured to traverse and clean a planar surface, which includes a positioning mechanism having a thruster unit and a track-wheel assembly configured to maintain stable contact with the planar surface during operation. A movement interface enables upward and downward movement of the robotic cleaning unit along the planar surface. A fluid delivery system includes at least one storage tank configured to store a cleaning agent and rinsing water and a plurality of mist nozzles for selective dispensing of the cleaning agent and the rinsing water onto the planar surface. A cleaning assembly includes dual rotating brushes and wipers configured to scrub and wipe the planar surface. A waste water collection tank collects contaminated water removed during cleaning. A control unit executes a multi-stage cleaning operation including cleaning agent application and rinsing."
