According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented method for automated legal document simplification. The method includes receiving a legal document, extracting textual content from the legal document, processing the textual content through a first language model configured for text simplification to convert complex legal terminology into simplified language accessible to non-expert users, processing the textual content through a second language model configured for text summarization to generate concise summaries while preserving legal meaning, and providing the simplified language and the concise summaries to a user. The system includes a document processing module configured to receive legal documents and extract textual content therefrom, a simplification module with a first language model, a summarization module with a second language model, and a user interface module (FIG. 2) configured to provide the simplified language and concise summaries to users."
