MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521108353 A) filed by Alpesh Prakash Sonar; and Divyani Alpesh Sonar, Thane, Maharashtra, on Nov. 8, 2025, for 'system and method for zero-code deployment of machine learning models as interactive chatbots.'

Inventor(s) include Alpesh Prakash Sonar; and Divyani Alpesh Sonar.

The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a system (100) and method for deploying trained machine learning (ML) models as interactive chatbots. The system (100) comprises a plurality of remote user devices (102) configured to transmit deployment requests and render chatbot interfaces. A model serving infrastructure (104) including interconnected server nodes loads trained ML models into containerized execution environments, executes inference tasks, and dynamically scales resources. An application programming interface generation engine (106) generates REST APIs and creates dedicated chatbot endpoints with conversation history management, while a user interface component generator (108) produces embeddable chatbot interfaces. A conversation management subsystem (110) stores conversation states, and a compliance and security module (112) enforces encryption, access control, and regulatory compliance. The method further includes loading (202) a model, executing inference (204), dynamically scaling (206), generating APIs (208), creating endpoints (210), and generating interfaces (212), thereby enabling real-time, secure interaction between end-users and deployed ML models."
