The method (200) may comprise the steps of: aligning (210), a transmitting coil (110) of a wireless power transmission (WPT) transmitting unit (100-1) deployed in an EV floor against a receiver coil (112) of a WPT receiving unit (100-2) coupled to a charging unit of the EV; receiving (220), a power component from a grid (102) through the WPT transmitting unit (100-1) and transmitting the power component wirelessly to a receiver coil (112) of a WPT receiving unit (100-2) assembled in the EV; and charging (230), a battery of the electric vehicle (EV)."
