According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system (102) and a method (500) for enabling real-time push notifications corresponding to at least one work order is described. A user equipment (108) receives a messaging key from a messaging module (112) upon first launch of an application and sends a device registration request to an application module (114). The application module (114) stores the messaging key in a device detail table (302) and, upon receiving the at least one work order creation request from a network management platform (402), creates at least one work order. A reporting module (106) reads the stored work order, retrieves the corresponding messaging key, and forwards it to the messaging module (112). The messaging module (112) then sends a push notification to the user equipment (108), indicating reception of the at least one work order. This system streamlines work order communication, enhancing operational efficiency and task management for field personnel."
