MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511133695 A) filed by Md Abusaad, Jalandhar, Punjab, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'system and method for tokenized credit disbursement.'

Inventor(s) include Md Abusaad; Mandeep Bhardwaj; and Napinder Kaur.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "System and method for tokenized, behaviour-driven real-time adjustment of agricultural credit disbursement. The present disclosure relates to the technical field of financial technology for agricultural risk management. The invention provides a method and system (FIG. 1) for dynamically adjusting agricultural credit disbursement. The method comprises receiving behavioural and environmental inputs, which are processed by a behaviour analytics engine to generate indicators. These indicators are used by a risk tokenization engine to update a plurality of modular risk tokens, each representing a distinct risk factor. A policy and decision engine evaluates a composition of the updated risk tokens to derive conditional disbursement actions. An orchestration controller coordinates the data flow and execution of actions across system modules. All token states, updates, and disbursement decisions are immutably recorded in an audit and token ledger, providing an auditable history. The principal use is to enable real-time, evidence-based control over credit disbursement."
