MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411029899 A) filed by Hanuai Private Limited, Mohali, Punjab, on April 12, 2024, for 'system and method for surveying road.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a system 100 to conduct a survey of a road that includes a plurality of imaging units (104) disposed on a vehicle moving on the road, at least one positioning unit (106) disposed on the vehicle, a user device (102) configured to provide data corresponding to a geofence region, and processing circuity (112) coupled to each other. The processing circuity (112) is configured to determine a start point and an end point of the geofence region and identify one or more anomalies present on the geofence region via an AI/ML technique. The processing circuity (112) is configured to synchronize framewise time of the plurality of imaging units with the real time geographical location of the vehicle via a Network Time Protocol (NTP) technique. The processing circuity (112) is configured to generate a processed video wherein the location of each anomaly of the one or more anomalies are indicated."
