The method comprises selecting pedagogical techniques matching the classified content-type to form a candidate set, then modifying the candidate set by applying rules based on the cognitive-load value. The method comprises assigning a relevance value to each technique based on content-type compatibility, cognitive-load suitability, and difficulty alignment, then selecting a technique based on the relevance value."
