This system incorporates multiple sensors for acquiring physiological and environmental data, a processor for preprocessing the acquired data as well as data fusion from the multiple modalities, and a predictive analytics module capable of producing dynamic risk scores using temporal and parametric analysis. An alert generation module is responsible for issuing alerts depending on the level of risk, thereby allowing an immediate response depending on the situation. This system incorporates a communication interface that is used in transferring information between this device and external devices/systems."
