The system (100) is configured to: receive the user-specific data from the input unit (102) and the wearable device (106); preprocess the received user-specific data to generate normalized user parameters; analyse the normalized user parameters using a machine learning model to determine fitness objectives and nutritional requirements; and generate a personalized fitness plan and a personalized diet plan based on the analysed user parameters. The system (100) supports continuous assessment of user data and performance metrics."
