A personalized plan is recommended, initiating (308) a gut cleansing phase to arrive at a first IBS symptom score and assessing (310) and revising the plan for a reintroduction phase to determine a second IBS symptom score. Further, assessing (312) identifies symptom triggers, refining the plan to arrive at a third IBS symptom score. At a sustenance phase, assessing (314) determines long-term impacts and revises the plan to maintain the target IBS symptom score. Therefore, the present disclosure provides a data-driven, adaptive system for dynamic IBS management, ensuring sustained improvement and symptom control."
