The hardware processor (102) is configured to receive biometric data (122) from the plurality of wearable devices (104) via the communication interface (106), process the biometric data (122) using a trained artificial neural network model (114) to generate a personalized health assessment (110), analyze user interaction data to determine an emotional state of a user, adapt the personalized health assessment (110) based on the emotional state, and generate a conversational response comprising the adapted personalized health assessment (110) via a trained language model (116)."
