The API includes information of a geographical location corresponding to the user device 10 (110). Based on the geographical information, the system (100) retrieves parametric data associated with the geographical location from a memory (146) and determines communication error event(s) corresponding to the geographical location based on the parametric data. The parametric data corresponds to communication parameters fetched at the geographical location. Moreover, the 15 system (100) generates a service request ticket for the user device (110) based on the communication error event(s)."
