MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641024613 A) filed by Gowda, Shreyas, Bangalore, Karnataka, on March 2, for 'system and method for intent-based property search and engagement-tier lead generation.'
Inventor(s) include Gowda, Shreyas.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein is a system (100) for intent-based property search and engagement-tier lead generation. The system (100) comprises a server (102) that processes natural-language property search queries received from first mobile devices (104) of users (106), extracts and normalizes structured attributes such as transaction type, location, configuration, and budget, and retrieves matching property listings. The system (100) ranks the listings based on relevance and tracks user engagement actions such as viewing, shortlisting, and enquiry. Based on the level of interaction, the server (102) generates lead objects tagged with corresponding intent tiers. These lead objects, with masked user contact details, are routed to second mobile devices (108) of property listers (110). Further, the listers (110) may unlock the contact information, enabling seamless, intent-driven lead conversion."
