The hygiene module reduces pathogen exposure through controlled sanitation and respiratory practices, while the nutritional module provides biocompatible biomolecular inputs via defined hydration, herbal formulations, and nutrient intake. The neurophysiological module regulates stress and autonomic function through controlled breathing, physical activity, and sleep cycles. The system enables measurable improvement in inflammatory, metabolic, clinical, and psychological parameters and provides a scalable, non-pharmacological approach complementary to standard medical care."
