The system (106) receives data and generates, via a Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) engine (214), customized messages to users based on the campaign-specific data and the data. The system (106) configures a pre-call consent message prior to establishing a call with the users and transmits a call purpose message and a branding content during the call, where the one or more customized messages include the call purpose message and the branding content. The system (106) in response to a determination that a response time associated with the Gen AI engine (214) exceeds a predetermined value generates pathways to transmit the default branding elements to the users."
