The system (108) employs a receiving module (210) to receive call summary log (CSL) data associated with each of User Equipments (UE) (104) from trace collection entities (TCEs). A data aggregation module (214) performs CSL data aggregation based on an identifier associated with the plurality of UE (104) for a predefined time frame. A filtering module (216) identifies one or more fixed wireless devices from the plurality of UEs (104) based on a predefined list of Type Allocation Code (TAC) and the aggregated CSL data. The processing module (212) identifies the one or more fixed wireless devices connected to the plurality of cells within a predefined time period based on the aggregated CSL data and the one or more identified fixed wireless devices."
