A control unit (107) governs these systems based on programmed routines via a user interface (108). Integrated sensors (109) measure grip force and duration, with a biofeedback mechanism (110) delivering real-time guidance. A rechargeable or external power source (111), wireless connectivity, and safety features enable intelligent, customizable, and safe training with compatibility for external exercise equipment."
