MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411004042 A) filed by Indian Institute Of Technology, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on Jan. 19, 2024, for 'system and method for generating operational plan for printing nozzle.'
Inventor(s) include Ravi K R; Mohit Singh; and Manoj J.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An information processing apparatus (104) having processing circuitry (118) that is configured to receive a digital file for a three-dimensional (3D) model of an article of manufacture. The processing circuitry (118) is further configured to determine one or more operational parameters for each layer of a plurality of layers of the article of manufacture. The processing circuitry (118) is further configured to generate a plurality of m-codes and a plurality of g-codes and further configured to generate a path plan. The processing circuitry (118) is further configured to generate a first path plan by eliminating the plurality of m-codes from the path plan. The processing circuitry (118) is further configured to generate a second path plan by incorporating a plurality of laser commands in the first path plan. The processing circuitry (118) is further configured to generate an operational plan for a printing nozzle based on the second path plan."
